Meet Coach Jenna
Jenna is thrilled to parter with Special Olympics Manitoba to deliver shadow boxing! Jenna first developed her passion for sport and fitness by being a competitive volleyball athlete. From there, she went on to become a certified volleyball coach, a personal trainer, and a group fitness instructor, teaching a broad number of modalities such as Cycle, Bootcamp, HIIT, FloatFit, Boxing and more. Check out her class for a fun and sweaty challenge!
Come join this boxing based class that will combine a high level of cardio, muscular strength, and different rounds of punches and combos. Body weight exercises as well as shadow boxing moves will be incorporated. No gloves or wraps needed!
