We wanted to let you know just how much we have appreciated the virtual flex program over the past 6 months. Every day our son puts on his workout clothes and does one or both workouts. It has given him some routine, some purpose and kept him active. We have always said that Special Olympics gave him more than just the “sports” aspect and once again there is so much more to the virtual program than just the workouts and we are incredibly grateful.

My name is Justin and I have been doing all the Flex Program workouts since January. I do the evening workouts because I am in school during the day.  I love all the workouts and am getting in better shape every week. I really love Shadow Boxing with Jenna. That one is my favourite, but I love them all.   I even won a prize the first week!   Thanks, Special Olympics for doing these for us and I hope you keep doing them.

I really enjoyed participating in the Virtual Flex Series. The programs were very well planned with a variety of activities. It would be difficult to choose a favourite as they were all good. However, I did enjoy Zumba and the workouts best. Participating in these series gave me the chance to keep active and see some of the other athletes. A big Thank You to all who made this possible.
